Aseptic Technical Solutions program is endorsed by the city council of Philadelphia. ATS offers quality Sterile processing training in Philadelphia and nationally. We educate, train students, and current employees who are interested in the Central Sterile Processing field. We provide pertinent information that is affordable and practical. instructors are CRCST, CHL, CER, and CIS certified and have a combined 30 years of experience in Sterile Processing Supervisory, Operating Room Liaison, Endoscopy Reprocessing, Sterile Processing Quality Assurance Programs, and enhancing sterile processing department workflow. ATS has created training courses that will prepare students for the HSPA (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association) international certification exams, along with surgical instrument training for all of our courses. Our expertise in all aspects of Central Processing will essentially pave the student for any work environment.

Terry Scott is a Co-Partner and oversees all of Aseptic Technical Solutions virtual platforms, information technology, and advertising/marketing. Terry has selflessly served in the Central Sterile community for over a decade. In this short tenure, Terry’s poise and knowledge led to an acknowledgment as a Super Champion, by his most notable achievement as a Grand Slam Crown, in the field of Sterile Processing: a minority of high achievers in his field. Recognized as 1 of 108 worldwide individuals to hold this title. The small minority of individuals possess certifications in four (4) areas of Central Sterilization through HSPA (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association) : CRCST, CIS, CER and CHL.
Terry’s strong ability to understand theoretical knowledge of sterilization and apply this knowledge in technical forms has demonstrated “out of the box” solutions to what Terry believes are processing most challenging areas: lean production costs and improved staff productivity.
Terry’s clear vision, persistence and strong ability to build sustainable relationships- based on trust, has not gone without notice. Terry was appointed Chairman of the Shared Governance Committee at the Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia PA. a platform that allowed him to connect the dots of opportunity, lead by example and promote change.
Terry’s accomplishments as an Agent of Change is America’s new requirement for leadership success: allowing Terry to maximize his impact and influence both within and outside of the classroom.

Michael Thinner is an enthusiastic, passionate Sterile Processing educator with 14 plus years of experience working in several Delaware Valley hospitals, including Temple University Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and Cooper University Hospital. Michael has held several positions in sterile processing, including tech, lead tech, supervisor, O.R. Operations Manager, and currently a systems educator. Michael also took advantage of the education benefits at the health systems he's worked for and earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Human Resources Management, concentrating on employee retention and motivation, Graduating from Temple University's Fox School of Business in 2016. Michael also holds the CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician), CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader), and CIS (Certified Instrument Specialist) certifications through HSPA (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association). In 2017, Michael started Aseptic Technical Solutions, a Sterile Processing Consulting and education company, along with colleagues Terry Scott and Dontaye Jones. Michael is The Managing Partner of Aseptic Technical Solutions.
Additionally, Michael Oversees all ATS's Affiliated programs and operations. Michael's Passion for education and infectious personality made Michael the perfect fit for the lead instructor role for his company. Michael's experience and education were instrumental in developing the professional development and job readiness program that ATS implemented alongside the CRCST certification course. In addition to being the lead instructor and professional development coordinator, Michael has also been the Project manager in several consulting contracts at the University of Maryland Medical Center and Trinity Health, specializing in process improvement, quality assurance, and survey readiness. In his spare time, Michael is an enthusiastic Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys live entertainment and doesn't mind donning his apron to prepare an exquisite meal for friends and family.

Dontaye Jones is a Co-Partner of Aseptic Technical Solutions. He oversees and manages all the internships and job assistance for graduates. Dontaye has over a decade of experience in the Central Sterile Processing field. Moreover, Dontaye has all working certifications that HSPA (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association) offers: (CRCST, CHL, CER, and CIS), along with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration of Healthcare Administration. He has been appointed Central Sterile Processing/ Clinical Operations Manager for major several healthcare facilities: Successfully managing CMS and JCAHO site visits in Philadelphia and South New Jersey. A respected member of the Central Sterile community from achieving clinical success through hard work and dedication to some of the top healthcare facilities in the United States, Dontaye’ Jones extensive knowledge of patient safety, risk reduction, state, and federal accreditation standards recognizes him as a highly regarded leader, coach, and teacher.
Dontaye has long been on the cutting edge of CSP technology, quality improvement, patient safety and is often found liaising between OR and CSP staff. Dontaye’s exemplary communication style makes him the perfect candidate to inspire, teach, collaborate and integrate best safety practices into the classroom and the operating room.
When not working in Central Sterile Processing and the classroom, Dontaye enjoys reading, traveling, movies, sports, the gym, and competitive gaming. Additionally, Dontaye likes to replicate his work ethic behind the late great Kobe Bryant because of his insatiable drive to win, Dontaye’s ambition to bring home the “W” represents who he is at his core. Dontaye, like Bryant, is a winner and will not hesitate a fast break to lead his team to victory.
